At Cross Street Union in Holt, I experienced a matcha latte that transcended the ordinary. Crafted with an evident dedication to authenticity and precision, this beverage embodied a refined balance of vibrancy and subtlety—a true masterpiece in a cup. The meticulous preparation and quality ingredients distinguished it as not merely a drink, but as an artisanal celebration of flavor that reaffirms Cross Street Union’s commitment to excellence.

Cross Street is away from the semi- bustling streets that is Holt, it is truly a must visit for anyone remotely interested in “speciality coffee”. The owner of this independent establishment is a genuinely kind individual that openly welcomes any that happen to come across this brilliant hidden gem.

This little place is amazing! I'm from Melbourne, and live in Hackney, so I'm lucky to have great choices when it comes to Cafes. And this place would be welcome against any of the nicest places I've been too. We had a great coffee, a great matcha latte and a great hot chocolate and possibly the best vegan cinnamon bun I've ever had! You have to come to this place if you come to Holt!

Outstanding coffee & excellent friendly service. Spot on location, quiet side street, outside bench and a couple of tables inside. Coffee was super tasty, we had Flat white & Americano day 1 and an absolutely delicious Cold Brew day 2. Both days enjoyed the cinnamon rolls which we would highly recommend. Best coffee in the area
